Create a new Endpoint.

Parameters:

hostname - the hostname of the endpoint.

bucket - the bucket name of the endpoint.

username - the user authorized for bucket access.

password - the password of the user.

port - the port of the endpoint.

env - the shared environment.

responseBuffer - the response buffer for messages.

Returns:

a new Endpoint.
