Change a Database’s Plan and Support Timezone

    You can change the Service Plan for your Couchbase Capella databases and their support timezones at any time.

    Change a database’s Service Plan to change its support level and capabilities. Change its support timezone to change when you can receive support for any issues with your Capella databases.

    Prerequisites

    Change a Database Service Plan

    To change a database Service Plan:

    1. To return to your organization, click the Couchbase Capella logo.

    2. On the Databases tab, select the database you want to change.

    3. Go to Settings  Plan.

    4. Select the Service Plan you want for your database.

      For more information about the available Service Plans for Couchbase Capella, see Plans and Pricing on the Couchbase website.

    5. Click Save.

    Your plan changes take effect on the next clock hour.

    Change a Database’s Support Timezone

    To change a database’s support timezone:

    1. To return to your organization, click the Couchbase Capella logo.

    2. On the Databases tab, select the database you want to change.

    3. Go to Settings  Plan.

    4. In the Support Time Zone list, select an available support timezone.

    5. Click Save.

    Your support timezone changes take effect on the next clock hour.
