You can provide feedback through the Couchbase Cloud UI.
The Couchbase Cloud UI provides a built-in mechanism for providing your feedback to the Couchbase Cloud team.
Feedback can be submitted by any user with
Organization View privileges.
Click Feedback in the main navigation.
This opens the Provide Feedback fly-out menu.
Configure the necessary fields to describe your feedback.
In a few words, provide a summary of your feedback.
Enter a detailed description of your feedback. If you’re describing what you think is a bug, it can be very helpful to the Couchbase Cloud team if you provide details that you think can help reproduce the issue.
Enter the email address of the organization user that is to be recognized as the submitter of the feedback. This field automatically populates with the email address of the organization user who is creating the ticket, but it can be changed to any user in your organization.
- Project (Optional)
If your feedback has to do with a specific project, use the drop-down menu to select the project. Note that only the projects of which you are a member will appear in this menu.
- Cluster (Optional)
If your feedback has to do with a specific cluster, use the drop-down menu to select the cluster. Note that only clusters from the project that you selected in the Project drop-down will appear in this menu.
